About Us
In 2015, Lee Ann Fillebrown started HotDish on her own as a way to embrace her love of cooking and ease the burden of dinner prep for her family and friends. It quickly grew so popular that she had to step away because the demand was too great to meet at the time.
Fast forward to 2022: Lee Ann's son, Parker Fillebrown, graduated from The Art Institute of Dallas with his degree in Culinary Management, and the two decided that the timing was perfect to revive HotDish and take it to the next level using their combined experience and expertise.
Working together on a family business is a dream they have shared for years, and their passion for serving people shines through in everything they make!
