About Us

HotDish began in 2015 when Lee Ann Fillebrown turned her love of cooking into a way to care for family and friends by easing the daily burden of meal preparation. The response was overwhelming, and demand quickly outpaced what was possible at the time.

In 2022, HotDish was revived with a renewed vision. After graduating from The Art Institute of Dallas with a background in culinary management, Lee Ann’s son, Parker Fillebrown, joined her to build something bigger together. Combining professional culinary training with years of hands-on experience, they set out to grow HotDish into a chef-led catering company serving schools, weddings, and events.

Working side by side in a family business has been a shared dream for years. Today, that passion for serving others shows up in every meal we prepare and every table we serve.
